John was born and raised in Fairfield, NJ where he currently resides with his wife, Melissa and their 3 children; John, Tyler and Dylan. John graduated from West Essex High School in 1992 where he earned 10 varsity letters in Football, Baseball, Basketball and Wrestling. He then went on to Montclair State University where he became an All-American in Football. John still holds the record for most solo-tackles in a single season and is 3rd in total tackles for a single season. John then traveled to Europe to continue his football career in Germany. Upon returning to the states, he played Arena Football for the Atlantic City Card Sharks. John was also the Defensive Coordinator for Northern Valley Demarest High School for 7 years and Lyndhurst High School as well. Returning to his roots he has coached the Fairfield Falcons for two years watching his sons follow in his footsteps. John has been a Personal Trainer and Sports Specific Trainer for the last 15 years and a Football Coach for 12 years. He has a dedication and passion for what he does in helping others improve their own lives.


Rob Stern

Rob has over 25 years experience coaching softball. As general manager and coach of the New Jersey Pride Softball Organization, Rob has produced over 80 college scholarship players. Stern is currently the assistant coach at Mount Saint Dominic in Caldwell and was the former Head Coach at Cedar Grove High School where he amassed over 470 wins. Rob has led his team to 6 state sectional/county titles. Rob was recently inducted into the Saint Peters College Hall of Fame as a coach.

Bobby, NASM CPT, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, coaches his client to lose weight & get into the best shape of their lives. He achieves this by combining his degree in Culinary Arts with his degree in Exercise Science. This unique combination of kills, skyrockets his clients’ success within the shortest amount of time possible. Bobby ultimately decided to purse a career in both since they were complimentary to one another, thereby, serving his client better…… His love for both nutrition and the culinary arts lead him to get his first degree in Culinary Arts. That enabled him to work in various NY restaurants. His passion for fitness landed him back in school to study and receive his degree in Exercise Science, while also receiving his personal training certification through NASM. While in school, he interned at a well-established Corrective Exercise/Sports Performance Training Facility, and was very successful working with youth throughout the Sports Performance Program. He mastered corrective exercise techniques to improve muscle imbalances and to help clients achieve various fitness goals. While interning at a Crossfit Facility, he gained valuable knowledge about the methodology of Olympic Lifting. He welcomes any challenges and fitness goal you have set for yourself.


Elliot Platt

Elliot graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 2008 with a degree in Psychology and Scientific Studies of the Human Mind. In the fall of 2009 he enrolled in the teaching and education program at Montclair State University. Elliot earned his Masters in Education and Teaching and has completed over 30 credits in Exercise Science and Physiology. While attending Franklin and aMarshall College, Elliot was a member of the 2004 ECAC and Co-Centennial Conference Championship Team earning playing time primarily as a special teams player. He began coaching football at Reynolds Middle School in 2005 and has since coached at Newark Academy High School, Hudson Catholic Regional High School, Bergenfield High School and Livingston High School. While at Bergenfield and Newark Academy, he served as the teams Strength and Conditioning Coach and Special Teams Coordinator. Elliot was also a Defensive Coordinator at Hudson Catholic. In addition to coaching football, Elliot has also coached basketball, track and baseball at both the high school and middle school levels. He joined the staff of 360 in January of 2013 and has served as a Parasi Speed Coach, Personal Trainer and Sports Trainer. He is looking to continue his career in personal training and sports training by earning further certifications in strength and condition and personal training. He is currently a full-time health and physical education teacher at Union County T.E.A.M.S. Charter School in Plainfield, NJ.


Melissa Armellino

Melissa graduated from Bloomfield High School were she was a cheerleader and played softball. She attended Bergen Community College. Melissa was a medical assistant before pursuing her passion in the fitness industry. She continues to study to obtain her personal training certification. Melissa joined the 360 team in 2013. She is the 360 Group Fitness Director and she teaches spin and group fitness classes. She enjoys motivating and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
