Born and raised in Fairfield, New Jersey, John is a former Two-Sport Athlete, All-American, and High School Football Coach whose experience coaching and training athletes of all ages have helped them reach their full potential both in the weight room and on the field. John has trained professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes who have gone on to be All Pros, Pro Bowlers, All-state, and State Champions in their respective levels. Not limited to just athletes, his dedication and passion for helping others have helped countless clients reach their lifestyle and fitness goals for more than 20 years.

Melissa graduated from Bloomfield High School were she was a cheerleader and played softball. Melissa studied Physcology at Bergen Community College. Melissa was a medical assistant with Town Medical Associates in Verona, NJ before pursuing her passion in the fitness industry. She continues to study to obtain her personal training certification. Melissa joined the 360 team in 2012. She is the 360 Group Fitness Director and she teaches spin and group fitness classes. She enjoys motivating and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Jay Cin is a Master Trainer operating out of the Northern New Jersey area and holds various certifications through NASM, AFAA, and KBC. He was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and is also an Iraq Combat Veteran. He’s been helping people improve their lives through exercise for over 15 years. During that time he has implemented numerous Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Group Fitness programs that have produced real-world results time and time again. Author of three books, “The Kettlebell Notebook”, “The 6-Week Kettlebell Fat Loss & Toning Program”, and, “The IGNITE Rapid Fat Loss System”, his diverse background and unique life experiences have allowed him to design highly effective programs for any need, client, or goal.
Demetrius Hobson is a major advocate in developing positive body image with over 13 years of experience in Personal Training. His goal is to help others consciously incorporate a healthy lifestyle and push individuals to their full potential. Demetrius utilizes his impressive techniques of training in strength and conditioning, weight loss and sports athletic style training.
