Classes start and end promptly at the scheduled times. All classes are approximately 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to the instructor and other members, please allow ample time to set up for your workout.

 

 

BODY BLAST – This serious weight loss and strengthening solution combines the amazing benefits of cardiovascular/ strength training, free weights and calisthenics. This course is for beginner, intermediate and advance individuals who want an exciting, high- energy, non-traditional workout. It offers a fresh perspective on group fitness while incorporation musicality, movement and pure fun! All levels

 

CARDIO CYCLE – In this high energy cycle class you will work your body to alternative, rock, hip-hop pop and techno beats as you climb, sprint and run. All levels

 

ENDURANCE CYCLE – This class is where your body and mind begins to change; the point that brings results, new strength and endurance. This class will challenge your ability to push on even when fatigued. Sustain high loads for a longer period of time, sprint at a faster pace, climb rolling hills and push yourself past the point of exhaustion. Intermediate to Advanced levels

Total Body Blast (30min) – Give your metabolism a kick start with this cardiovascular and muscular challenge. Keeping your heart rate elevated with bouts of cardio intervals while sculpting the entire body with balls, bands, weights and more. All levels

HIIT TRAINING – This high intensity interval training class will have you alternating between combinations of short, very high intense intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. Use of weights, body bars, trx, kettlebells and more. All levels

 

INTERVAL CYCLE – This 55 minute cycling class offers interval training techniques. Ride through a musical journey as you burn calories and build up a sweat performing intense interval work efforts. All levels

KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING – Kettlebells have been used for years in Russia as one of their main ways to condition their Athletes and Soldiers. Kettlebell Conditioning builds real, functional strength while increasing flexibility and improving balance and endurance. You will see how Kettlebell training will develop explosive power in your entire body. All levels

 

RHYTHM CYCLE – In this non-stop, high intensity workout, the party starts the minute you get on the bike. This unique rhythmic journey will have you waving your towel, moving and grooving to the beats of some fun and energetic music. All levels

 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – A total body metabolic workout that utilizes various forms of unconventional equipment (TRX suspension, kettlebells, battle ropes, sledgehammers, tires etc.) in a circuit-based format to give you a workout that breaks you out of your “usual routine”. This class can be modified to accommodate all levels.

 

TREADMILL/KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP – This group exercise class is held in the cardio area on the treadmills. You will be guided through an interval circuit combining g runs, hills, sprints, kettlebells and more. You will test your strength and endurance in this energetic interval class. All levels

TRX TRAINING – The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, helps build a rock-solid core, and increases muscular endurance, benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors).

ULTIMATE UPPER BODY – Strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders and back in this 30 minute power class. Exercises building strength and definition in your upper body muscles will be the focus. All levels
