Classes start and end promptly at the scheduled times. All classes are approximately 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to the instructor and other members, please allow ample time to set up for your workout.

Armstrong – Forge a legendary set of arms, shoulders and back with this unique upper body based workout designed to make wearing sleeves a sin. A blend of TRX, free weights and battle rope exercises will help you to build strong biceps, tone up & firm triceps and chisel out a set of shoulders that will turn heads and leave them envious.

Body Karma- This movement based workout will help you to train your body to be faster, more powerful and more agile.

Cardio Cycling – In this high energy cycle class you will work your body to alternative, rock, hip-hop pop and techno beats as you climb, sprint and run. All levels

Cardio Revenge 2.0 – Spice up your cardio workouts with this circuit style class. Experience variety and fun in this heart pumpin’ and calorie burning class.

Endurance cycling – This class is where your body and mind begins to change; the point that brings results, new strength and endurance. This class will challenge your ability to push on even when fatigued. Sustain high loads for a longer period of time, sprint at a faster pace, climb rolling hills and push yourself past the point of exhaustion. Intermediate to Advanced levels

Fully Loaded – This interval- based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days gets started.

Interval Cycling – This 55 minute cycling class offers interval training techniques. Ride through a musical journey as you burn calories and build up a sweat performing intense interval work efforts. All levels

Iron Gainz -Train for strength results with an emphasis on good form and functional, qualitative movements! You’ll primarily use free weights and gravity as resistance with some stability balls and bands thrown in.

Lower Body Training -This class specifically targets the “problem areas’ of the lower body. This class format only caters to those areas we all want to get firmer. Toned thighs, lifted butts and slender hips are just some of the benefits you will receive from this class.

Marathon Cycling –A high energy workout to chest thumping music takes you up and over mountain passes, all the while you chase the pack and push your limits!

Peak Cycling –This ride is a training sessions of hills. You will be working on your strength energy zone. Whether you are tackling one big hill or simulating rolling hills, you will find yourself lost in the climb.

Rhythm Cycling – In this non-stop, high intensity workout, the party starts the minute you get on the bike. This unique rhythmic journey will have you waving your towel, moving and grooving to the beats of some fun and energetic music. All levels

Sweatin’ with S.W.A.G.G. – (Successful. While. Achieving. Great. Goals.) In this full body cardio and strength class, you will combine simple, heart pumping step aerobic routines with moves like burpees, push-ups and the use of hand held weights and other equipment for an excellent cross-training class. You may be surprised how much you will enjoy sculpting your body and working up an intense sweat.

Total Body Attack-  Improve overall fitness, increase energy and maximize stamina. We combine cardio movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength training exercises using dumbbells and body weight. All levels
