Classes start and end promptly at the scheduled times. All classes are approximately 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to the instructor and other members, please allow ample time to set up for your workout.

BELLS & ROPES FATBLASTER – This high intensity interval class offers a combination of kettlebells, jump ropes and battle ropes. All levels

BELLS, BANDS AND BALLS – A strength and conditioning class which combines kettlebells, resistance bands and weighted medicine balls. All levels

BODY BLAST – This serious weight loss and strengthening solution combines the amazing benefits of cardiovascular/ strength training, free weights and calisthenics. This course is for beginner, intermediate and advance individuals who want an exciting, high- energy, non-traditional workout. It offers a fresh perspective on group fitness while incorporation musicality, movement and pure fun! All levels

CARDIO KICKBOXING – A combination of aerobic cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. All levels

CARDIO CYCLE – In this high energy cycle class you will work your body to alternative, rock, hip-hop pop and techno beats as you climb, sprint and run. All levels

CYCLE CORE – Ride your way to fabulous abs. This class offers 45 minute non-stop cycling followed by 15 minutes of intensive abdominal work. All levels

CYCLE SCULPT – This cycling class will kick your ride workout up a notch. Your instructor will take you through an intense 40 minute indoor cycling routine followed by 20 minutes of muscle toning and strengthening using free weights, body bars and additional equipment. All levels

ENDURANCE CYCLE – This class is where your body and mind begins to change; the point that brings results, new strength and endurance. This class will challenge your ability to push on even when fatigued. Sustain high loads for a longer period of time, sprint at a faster pace, climb rolling hills and push yourself past the point of exhaustion. Intermediate to Advanced levels

HALF HOUR POWER – Give your metabolism a kick start with this cardiovascular and muscular challenge. Keeping your heart rate elevated with bouts of cardio intervals while sculpting the entire body with balls, bands, weights and more. All levels

HIIT TRAINING – This high intensity interval training class will have you alternating between combinations of short, very high intense intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. Use of weights, body bars, trx, kettlebells and more. All levels

HURRICANE – This high paced interval class will challenge all fitness levels through short sprints combined with anaerobic exercises. Start your Mondays off with this high power, high intensity class! All levels friendly!

INTERVAL CYCLE – This 55 minute cycling class offers interval training techniques. Ride through a musical journey as you burn calories and build up a sweat performing intense interval work efforts. All levels

KETTLEBELL CONDITIONING – Kettlebells have been used for years in Russia as one of their main ways to condition their Athletes and Soldiers. Kettlebell Conditioning builds real, functional strength while increasing flexibility and improving balance and endurance. You will see how Kettlebell training will develop explosive power in your entire body. All levels

KETTLEBELL FUSION TRAINING – This class fuses cardio and strength using kettlebells and a variety of equipment. This class will deliver a total body workout regardless of your fitness level. All levels

RHYTHM CYCLE – In this non-stop, high intensity workout, the party starts the minute you get on the bike. This unique rhythmic journey will have you waving your towel, moving and grooving to the beats of some fun and energetic music. All levels

ROCK BOTTOM – This class specifically targets the “problem areas” of the lower body. This 30 minute format only caters to those areas we all want to get firmer. Toned thighs, lifted butts and slender hips are just some of the benefits you will receive from this class. All levels

STEP & SCULPT – A high intensity yet low impact workout combining movements with use of a platform with adjustable risers and handheld weights. This class works on coordination while doing a choreographed exercise routine. If you want strong toned legs, lifted glutes and a functionally fit core…Step this way! All levels

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING – A total body metabolic workout that utilizes various forms of unconventional equipment (TRX suspension, kettlebells, battle ropes, sledgehammers, tires etc.) in a circuit-based format to give you a workout that breaks you out of your “usual routine”. This class can be modified to accommodate all levels.

TABATA – Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this class will provide what you are looking for. All levels

TABATA CYCLE – A total body metabolic workout that utilizes various forms of unconventional equipment (TRX suspension, kettlebells, battle ropes, sledgehammers, tires etc.) in a circuit-based format to give you a workout that breaks you out of your “usual routine”. This class can be modified to accommodate all levels.

TREADMILL/KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP – This group exercise class is held in the cardio area on the treadmills. You will be guided through an interval circuit combining g runs, hills, sprints, kettlebells and more. You will test your strength and endurance in this energetic interval class. All levels

TRX TRAINING – The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, helps build a rock-solid core, and increases muscular endurance, benefits people of all fitness levels (pro athletes to seniors).

ULTIMATE UPPER BODY – Strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders and back in this 30 minute power class. Exercises building strength and definition in your upper body muscles will be the focus. All levels
