“When I decided to invest in myself by purchasing personal training sessions at 360 Fitness, the manager told me that if I was not happy with my trainer for any reason he would assign someone else to work with me, without question.  Having worked with Elliot Platt for eleven one hour sessions so far, the thought of changing trainers has been the farthest thing from my mind.  I love working with Elliot.  He really understands my goals and tailors my workouts to help me achieve them. He pays attention to the details that matter – my areas of strengths and weakness, changes in my form or breathing throughout sets, how my body responds to a workout, what I do between sessions, etc. He takes a very personal and individualized approach to training me, regularly checking in to see how I’m feeling and reminding me that recovery is as important as working out. Most importantly, Elliot challenges me and inspires me. Elliot has been my personal trainer since June of 2013. I started with individual sessions and am now in a small group training session. He is excellent at addressing my different concerns and deciding what types of exercises would work best for me. My knee and shoulder are now stronger than they have been in years. He is very knowledgeable when it come to different training methods and changes the routine every week. We rarely do the same exercises again and therefore the workouts are always a challenge and never boring. I would highly recommend Elliot as a personal trainer to anyone!

Training with John Fiore was by far one of the best decisions I could have made. After being a member at 360 for about four months I approached John about the possibility of doing personal training in an effort to put myself in the best position for my upcoming professional baseball season. I expressed an interest in working out with him because after being at the gym every day I took notice to the level of commitment he had for his clients and the attention to detail that he had in conducting his workout to fit each one his client’s needs and goals. After speaking with him about the personal goals I had for myself, as well as the areas I wanted to strengthen, John put together a workout plan where from the very first day I was able to see improvements in the deficiencies I had going in. In speaking with him I told him that core strength and hip mobility were areas that I really wanted to attack given the amount of importance those two components are in every aspect of baseball. In going through each workout I also noticed the amount of enthusiasm he had for me to push through and be successful to point that it was infectious. Working with him I always knew that my goals were of highest priority given the fact that his workouts demanded my best effort, attitude, and focus. After completing the 8 week workout plan John constructed for me, I felt I was the most prepared physically going into a season than at any other point in my career. In the process I gained significant strength in not just my core but my body as a whole. I was able to put on 10 pounds of muscle during my time training with John where I not only saw incredible improvements in my deficiencies but also saw improvements in areas that were already considered a strength in my game going in. I would recommend John to anyone who wants to see results. Regardless of your experience in the weight room John will certainly give you the best chance of reaching your personal goals and fitness potential.
